When I was in Lanzarote, there were flocks of hundreds of parakeet type birds, in and around the resort we stayed in. There were signs every advising not to feed them as they were an invasive species & damaging the natural balance of the Island. You'd face fines id caught feeding them.
Now, these little green birds were noisy feckers, massed & went round in big gangs & shit everywhere....
Sounds familiar....
Stop feeding invasive, foreign animals is common sense in my book.
