Who are we? We’re HPM… Nothing and no one takes us away from HPM… High attention Optimal intensity High intent We’re in control. We’re in charge. We assert ourselves in this game. We dominate and own ourselves throughout this game. We love every second of executing in our High Performance Mindset…as individuals and as a team…

“We’re a team now’ Spurs’ Methys Tel striking an optimistic tone… I don’t care about Spurs…their plight is none of my business. But I do care about mindset, leadership and teamwork. I do care about excellence in these aspects. Mindset, leadership, and teamwork have to be cultivated in every activity in every session from the first day of pre-season. There can be no compromise… It’s not a player thing only nor is it a coach thing. It’s a club thing. An organisation thing. It’s a systems thing. Mindset, leadership, and teamwork should be in the corridors and on the walls. In the gym and in the dining room. In the locker rooms and in the meeting rooms. Mindset, leadership, and teamwork should be everywhere all of the time. Top down, bottom up, horizontal across departments. Never left to chance. Never ignored. Never allowed to atrophy or fester.
