The students utilized photovoice methodology to explore the experiences of women students of color pursuing higher education during the COVID-19 pandemic. I am excited about us being able to share the results with campus and continuing to make positive change at UWO! – at Oshkosh, WI

Thankful for the opportunity to spend the weekend (virtually) with an amazing group of women for the @wiwomensnetwork Accelerated Policy Institute! We are learning how to be more effective policy advocates ✊
"Intersectional vulnerabilities are not simplistic identitarian claims; they are explanations of the multiple dynamics at play in what we witnessed this week."
We must address the lethality of intersectional vulnerability. My statement, with @AAPolicyForum, in support of those who have been intentionally scapegoated and made unsafe by the reinvigoration of anti-Asian racism — fully inclusive of its misogyny:

Looking for a place to start understanding the role white women have played (and continue to play) in upholding white supremacy? These four books are a good place to start but it’s important to turn the lessons from these books into further action.

Together, we will build a world where the accomplishments of our daughters will be celebrated, rather than diminished.
Today my Honors Seminar on Gender & Sport students and I analyzed @wiacsports & assigned grades based on the methodology the @TuckerCenter uses in their "Women in College Coaching Report Card" focused on Women’s NCAA Division-I Teams. #SheCanCoach
