Sir, I got wrong challan No- UP42315240917090108 of helmet not wearing by pillion rider whereas I have a 4 wheeler. I try to put complaint again now with nextGen echallan by they were stating it go into the court. Request to get remove.

This is a shocked that nobody has responded from Samsung and doubt why they r losing MS Send mail again but bounce back 10the time shows Samsung customer centric approach. JH Open there will be some response otherwise will take diff route
@SamsungMobile This is a very serious issue as I had been sending mail to ur cust care mail ID always got response that some issue in mail ID. Past 20 days everything stand still & could be resolved. I have an issue with my tablet Pur Dec2017 seems mfg defect no response/ revert?
