They use the same AI tools you do, same apps, same internet.
It's the greatest time ever to be building and it's not even close

tokenmaxxing: dead and buried.
New: Accenture has told employees it will only fund $29 per month of Claude use. Meaning that employees who often spend as much as $1,000 a month are now scrambling to find ways to keep access to the tool. A sign of the continuing crack down of AI 404media.co/accenture-tells-…

Lovable is a scam.
So is Replit, Base44, Framer, and all AI website builders.
These are for low IQ people who don’t know how to use AI and fall for SaaS marketing gimmicks.
You are paying a premium for less usage, shittier models, shittier websites, and hand cuffing yourself to a SaaS ecosystem you don’t control.
A $100/month Claude Max plan (or ChatGPT Pro) is a better solution BY FAR

This is the least surprising graph in the world if you understand how gradient descent works.
Learn to build custom harnesses, folks!
Here is an impressive paper showing the impact of a good custom harness on long-context work.
GLM-5.3-Flash goes from 4.4% to 61.1% exact match on OfficeQA Pro V2 with the same model.
The authors report that the gain comes from the harness.
The model-agnostic harness name is LongHarness, built for corpora of 100M tokens and more.
Why it works:
Standard agent harnesses keep evidence and conclusions mixed into one growing chat history. Retrieval keeps expanding without closing the actual gap, and corrections stop reaching the answer.
LongHarness stores both as explicit state. Open conclusions decide what to retrieve next, and each new piece of evidence confirms or revises the conclusions that asked for it.
On the same benchmark, it beats Claude Code by 12.1 points on V1 and Codex by 18.9 points on V2.

live footage from anthropic office
We discovered a sophisticated recording device that was hidden inside one of our offices. We used our models to understand the device and where it had come from, identifying that a specific employee had planted it a few days earlier. We referred the matter to the FBI, and we’re grateful to the agents and prosecutors who moved quickly to make an arrest. The FBI’s investigation is ongoing and we will continue to support their work.
At this time, we have no indications of this individual inappropriately accessing or exfiltrating model weights, source code, or customer data. The employee was terminated.
We take protecting our technology, data, and people seriously, and as a matter of national importance. Our security program is designed to protect against a wide range of threat actors, from insider risks to cybercriminals to nation states, and this case is an example of how AI can help address these sophisticated security threats.
