On foundation day of BSNL, BSNL Employees decided to boycott all celebrations due to non-settlement of long pending left out issues of 2nd PRC ( E2 E3, 22820),CPSU Cadre Hierarchy issue & Pending 3rd PRC. Hope better sense will prevail.
