Using @ComfyUI and AnimateDiff, I crafted this video to showcase how static images can be transformed into dynamic animations. Here's a quick breakdown of the process:
1. Base Image: Started with a high-quality static image.
2. ControlNet Integration: Applied ControlNet for pose and structure to maintain realism during animation.
3. Grounding Masking: Used blurred masks to isolate specific areas for animation while keeping the background static.
4. LoRA Style Transfer: Enhanced the subject with a unique artistic texture and added intricate details.
5. Post-Processing: Final touches include smooth transitions, lighting adjustments, and depth for a polished cinematic look.
