@AilsaBay are the first whisky to have analysed the sweetness and display a new SPPM. They are also the only #Scotch #whisky to go through a "micro maturation" where they put the new make spirit into relatively small #Bourbon casks for 6-9 months. 👉 bit.ly/3cV3bnx
