Deep agents accumulate a lot of context during long runs. That’s where file systems come in. File systems provide a shared workspace for agents and subagents to collaborate. Agents can jot down notes during a run and store context across conversations and threads for persistent memory. In this post we discuss the key components of deep agents, including a file system: blog.langchain.com/deep-agen…

Sometimes while photographing the sun I just stop & stare for a moment. It's almost unbelievable that all this is happening over our heads... yet it is, and we get to watch it. I've been documenting the sun's increased activity in new ways, just wait til you see what's coming!

Black hat is forever because the field is run by operators, not dreamers clutching their Google guidelines binder... When you build systems to manipulate rather than just conform, every major change is a new opportunity, not a threat! 🙌 Meanwhile, white hats get harvested for training data and replaced by the same AI that pretended to reward “quality.” Why? Adaptability is the black hat edge... Google tweaks the algorithm, black hats reverse engineer and pivot. It’s a never ending arms race. Google’s AI? We use AI too, just they have to use these systems efficiently at scale, we can be ultra refined and targeted. Their updates slow down amateurs, not operators who already understand the game and follow the trending patterns. The moment Google tries to nuke a trick (parasites, redirects, link injections, whatever), it just mutates. They close the most public front door, we’re already crawling through two windows and trying to jam open the backdoor... Even after Google’s manual cleanups, multiple public statements and algo updates, the most infamous parasite targets are still alive and ranking, just in different ways... The algorithm can’t kill root authority or even stem the tide for more than a few weeks before new variants show up. And Google’s endgame is "AI Mode" generated SERPs, trained on your “ethical” content, leaving you with a pat on the back for being a good data provider and less than a 1/5 of your previous traffic... But AI Mode isn’t a death knell for black hats. It’s the best thing to ever happen to us! Because as Google tries to automate and centralize “quality,” all they’ve really done is reveal exactly what the AI wants: Consensus, authority/trust, intent. Well, guess what? Those are the exact signals we've been building (and manipulating) at scale for YEARS now! You think Google can police “consensus” when every major publisher has a price list? Please... We’ll have be tracking every new editorial site, every fresh domain, every expired authority, and we’ll build the consensus. We’ll buy enough pages and plant enough interconnected authority content that the AI chooses what we want it to! And you need 1,000 articles that match intent, link out to consensus, quote sources, and reinforce a narrative? Done by lunch, using Google's own API if I wanted to! In the end, it’ll always be the operators who build systems to exploit every shift, not just survive it that come out on top. And as long as there’s a loophole to find, a link to buy, and an algorithm (or AI) to game… Black hat is forever 🎩
Google has made black hat SEO more accessible, cheaper, and faster than white hat will be, ever again... And it’s not even close anymore! We’re in an environment where the “official” advice is: Build a brand, become an authority, publish 10,000 words of well-researched, expertly fact checked content… rinse, repeat, pray, then scale when you finally get lucky and post screenshots on LinkedIn of how content is the only ranking signal that matters! Let’s get real: - Building a REAL brand site in 2025 isn’t an SEO project anymore, it’s a multi-million dollar marketing play... - Every niche you can think of already has entrenched players with massive budgets. There are concrete influencers, forklift bloggers, even handyman tiktokers now... Unless you’ve got VC money or endless patience and free time, you’re not going to be building anything that consistently moves the needle against the authority and signals they can build with raw spend and talent acquisition. And nowadays? You're often playing for scraps while AI Overviews steal 30% of your potential clicks anyway... Now contrast that to Black Hat: - You can launch 10 parasites in a weekend and bank. - You can test offers, niches, angles in days, not months or years. - You can ride news cycles, launchjack, ORM spam, AI video or just buy a new aged domain every month and profit off ranking them in casino and crypto niches... And here’s the kicker: - Google’s own updates created this world. - They nuked small-medium white hat sites with “helpful content” classifiers, usually replacing them with WAY less actually helpful content. - They devalued content signals while link authority and UGC got boosted through the roof. Meanwhile… the parasites roll on. 👉 No sandbox. 👉 No domain trust building. 👉 No endless internal linking or "EEAT" authors. Just slap content on a DR80+ domain, optimize smart, and rank same day... In fact, paid parasites are ranking better than they did 3 years ago because Google can’t hit root authority or won’t because it hurts their media partners and investments too much... So let’s stop pretending this is a fair game! “White hat” SEO is now corporate SEO. It’s brand marketing. It’s a game for companies, not SEOs. Black hat is the last playground left for SEOs who want agility, profitability, and control! You can either spend $1M building a brand… or $50 testing 10 parasite pages this weekend that might make $10k in ROI 👀 One of those options is in your control. The other is Google’s hostage playing lapdog...

Jensen Huang: Elon is an extraordinary engineer. Every single one of his projects is revolutionary. “I love working with him. We've built some amazing computers together. We're going to build many more computers together. The work that he's doing with Grok, his self-driving car, his Optimus, these are all, every single one of them, world-class, every single one of them revolutionary. Every single one of them are going to be gigantic opportunities and we're delighted, I'm delighted to be working with him on that. I think the Optimus opportunity is just right around the corner. It's very likely that humanoid robots are going to be robots that we can deploy into the world relatively easily. And this is the first robot that really has a chance to achieve the high volume and technology scale necessary to advance technology. I think this is likely to be the next multi-trillion dollar industry and I'm very excited for him.” Jensen Huang on Bloomberg, May 29, 2025
