The Brewers are 21-4 their last 25 games, had the best record in baseball, play a relentless style well known to everyone, plus have a great bullpen. Smoltz: "Man, I bet everyone here is just shaking their head at what they are seeing." There it is right there. Your #1 "analyst."

The US Dollar has lost -23% of its purchasing power since 2020. In other words, if your assets are up +30% since 2020, you have effectively just broken even in real terms. Inflation has now been above the Fed's 2% target for 60-straight months, and the bond market knows this. Own assets or be left behind.
It's official. As the bond market "meltdown" accelerates, the average interest rate on a 30Y mortgage in the US is up to 7.45%. That's up +150 basis points in 6 months and the highest since 2023, when inflation was at 6.4%+. What is happening? Let us explain. (a thread)

Simply incredible how the Brewers: 1) Lost Freddy 2) Got Woody back but had to shut him down again 3) Lost Priester for the majority of the season & eventually had to shut him down too 3) Didn’t have Chourio to start the season 4) Megill had a rough start to the season 5) Ortiz couldn’t see the ball for a couple months 6) Didn’t do anything of significance in the trade deadline 7) Sproat had to be sent down & Harrison took a turn for the worse 8) As a team, they didn’t hit many homers And yet here they are. They reached triple digit wins & clinched the best record in baseball for a second straight season. Pat Murphy deserves so much credit for what he does with these lineups and setbacks. I didn’t think Daniel Vogelbach would make a good hitting coach but here he is doing something right - 2nd in runs / 3rd in BA / 4th in OPS. They have the Cy Young & a pitcher who should get rookie of the year votes. I really hope they can keep it up in the postseason. Whatever happens, I love this team. I love the coaches. They have such a bright future. This is the best stretch of Brewers baseball ever and we get to enjoy the ride. #ThisIsMyCrew

Does she realize she is fascist?
Socialists are now saying that being fit is somehow fascist I mean where does the ridiculousness end? I just can't believe there are people are watching this and saying "yes this makes sense, I support it..." How?

"Housing is one of the largest ways things are going wrong for young people. And people blame that on capitalism, because that's the status quo. But, in fact, housing is one of the sectors of our economy that is least exposed to the free market." @emmma_camp_ joins @maggiemoda and @SamRaus1 for the pilot episode of Breaking Containment, Young Voices' new podcast about the stories that shape the timeline and front page. Pete Crow-Armstrong is a great player and probably going to win the MVP award this season. Against division rival Brewers this season he is just 2 for 30 with 16 strikeouts and 1 of those 2 hits was off a position player.
