Why is hiring so hard?! 😔 This is a reminder that I'm still looking for a creator or campaign manager in EMEA time zone. I want someone who's: > a killer > hungry > smart > humble and can: > run campaigns at scale > work with the top brands And get paid properly for it. On top of that, learn how to be a top 1% AI prompter and use AI efficiently across all of the tools we run. Am I asking for too much? Probably. That is what everyone tells me. But I have met people like this. They exist. They are just never looking when you are looking. I need both in one person. Someone who can talk to a creator like a creator, and then run the campaign like an operator. And someone who is not scared of AI. Not "I use ChatGPT sometimes". Actually good at it. Prompting properly, using it across every tool, getting more out of it than the person next to them. That is the bar, and I am not lowering it. Remote, EMEA time zone. The pay matches what I am asking for. If you know someone, send them my way. If it is you, come to me directly.

Simple software is dying. Simplicity only mattered when humans had to use every feature. Now that agents can operate software for you, it’s the most capable tool that wins. Fillout reached 12,000 paying customers by focusing on depth over simplicity. It turns out we may have also built the best form builder for agents. Meet the new Fillout:

Everything showed green in our email campaign, but we had 0 replies after 2 weeks. Here's what broke (and how you can avoid it - gift at the end 🎁 ) The campaign looked fine on the dashboards: domain active, mailboxes active, sender tests arriving, 0 bounces, delivery showing 100%... but the reply rate was at 0 after 2 weeks. While the other parallel campaign, pretty much the same, already had over 7% conversion. 🧵

what's about to happen: > saas stocks see a massive correction > pressure to boost profits > saas companies see BIG productivity gains from AI > saas companies lay OFF 100,000+ workers in 2026 :( > hiring slows down > laid off workers can't find jobs > many become founders out of necessity > build software companies with AI > most struggle with distribution, not code > new SaaS model emerges > tons of new AI-first companies > fewer employees, more automation > most don't raise money > they sell early, reinvest cash, and stay independent > glad they got fired > 10x the amount of entrepreneurs > fewer unicorns, more "real' businesses > boom in 1-10 person businesses > becomes the dream thx old boss :)

unpopular opinion: technical n8n knowledge is becoming a liability, not an asset. here's why. the people who spent 2 years mastering node configurations, webhook setups, and JSON schemas? they're getting outpaced by people who learned to describe problems clearly to AI. watched it happen three times this month: → senior dev: 6 hours debugging a Slack integration → non-technical founder: 8 minutes with Synta MCP → agency with 3 automation specialists: 2 weeks on CRM pipeline → solo operator with Claude: 45 minutes → consultant charging $200/hr: "we need a discovery phase" → kid with Cursor: "it's already running, want me to share the instance?" the paradigm flipped. complexity used to be job security. now it's a tax on people who refuse to adapt. the MCP doesn't care how many certifications you have. it cares how clearly you describe what you want built. best practices? it knows them better than you. edge cases? it's already handled them. debugging? it tests and fixes in real-time. 2026 isn't about who knows the most about n8n. it's about who describes problems the clearest. the technical gatekeepers are about to have a very rough year. comment "MCP" and i'll send you the setup guide for Claude + Cursor.
