The holidays are not easy these days, as they just remind me I am alone. However, I would rather be alone than be in an abusive relationship. I’ll get through it, as I always do, but wanted to share for others to know they are not alone.

To the world: I’m sorry. I hope you know there are good people still left in this country. Many are scared, struggling, and just trying to make a good life. Unfortunately, some good people are misguided, and believe the words of a manipulator.

After a year of not, it is finally nice to have a boss who values me and my ideas instead of just making sure I get the job done. I am finally able to prove that I was capable of so much more because I’ve been given the chance!

Sometimes I think I am broken from the pain and trauma. Then I see something so beautiful it brings me to tears, reminding me that I have a heart & am human. Or I get support from a friend, making me realize I am worthy of love & have more living to do.

Been watching my coworker, as I know he’s abusing the time clock at work. Today, he arrived 15 minutes late (typical), disappeared for a 1/2 hour 🤷‍♀️and took a 50 minute lunch (we get a 1/2 hour). #BadCoworker #ApplyingElsewhere

My co-worker has this habit of disappearing for long periods of time during the workday. I’m not his boss, and don’t want to be “that person”, but it still hard to ignore as frequently as he is gone. Keep telling myself, eventually the boss will discover it, yet she is obvious.

Attended a family gathering today. My nephew mentioned to me (and he’s too young to know better) that his dad (my brother) was not happy I was there. Okay…my brother & I have never been super close, but thought we were fine at the same place for a few hours. How hurtful!

My ex spouse was an alcoholic. Those that look at me will not see the abuse I endured at the hands of someone I loved. It is a struggle some days to push forward through the hurt. If you have similar struggles with someone you care about, please know you are not alone.

Everyone has been wondering what happened to @saywhatpod. Apparently @tomdavinsays and @GrahmKwasnick are still out there somewhere. Both were spotted at the Met Ball. Rumor has it, both are trying to make a comeback to podcasting...
