As November comes to an end, thought it was time to remove our @CropIntel moisture probes from our @alpinepfl & @NACHURS soybean plot. Collected great data on Water Use Efficiency and now water recovery from rain and snow. #BioK managed water is key!!
Here in our snow covered @alpinepfl No-Till Winter Wheat plot, we have left the @CropIntel moisture probes in to measure recovery this fall. It is amazing how the past two snow events have percolated into the soil, & with capillary action are showing strong gains
The main grape variety grown in the basket-shaped "kouloura" vines on Santorini is Assyrtiko. The kouloura method protects the grapes from the island's strong winds and sun by weaving the canes into a low, wreath-like basket. @CCAOntario @alpinepfl learning.
Greet agronomic experience learning about Olive Trees and pressing techniques in Greece. @CCAOntario @alpinepfl @NACHURS better understanding of a country and the agricultural sector that drives it.
Some Sunday morning @CCAOntario crop scouting of our @alpinepfl and @NACHURS #biok plots. Always great to have a second opinion for learning.

Great evening to @CCAOntario scout soybeans with our @NACHURS @alpinepfl #bioK for plant health. @CropIntel moisture probes have monitored water use and root uptake throughout the year. Please stop and see us at COFS this week as well.
Re-initiated my account and happy to share a photo of my @alpinepfl #BioK treated soybeans.
Always a great learning experience when visiting farms across the globe with our @NACHURS and @alpinepfl Teams.
