A micropatch will be releasing shortly handling some of the serious bugs such as crashes and Abilities disappearing. This will also include correcting some rolled back balance changes.
The Live team has used this to also add a few small adjustments to the initial patch, increasing the buffs to Varus/Mama Beak/Gromp and addressing the optimization around Abandon Ship.
I'll have more to speak on Wisp toggling/tailoring later, but for not it's been a hectic day and we'll keep fixing the issues that have arisen in 18.4.

The announced changes to replays are being delayed to patch 26.21.
We are working on a solution to ensure the creators and coaches out there that rely on replays are not meaningfully impacted by this change and want to have that in place before this goes live.

We're taking some extra time to improve the overall experience with TFT's dedicated client. We're moving the launch of the new client to patch 18.6 from the previously announced 18.4. This is just the new client itself, all other regular patch content (bugfixes, balance changes, and converted cosmetics) will still be released as planned with each patch.

Update on a couple 18.3 things.
As per the official channels, we’re completing a B-patch that includes re-adding the 18.B changes that got excluded, disabling some bugged augments, and catching the meta shifts that are still apparent from late 18.2B. A rough ETA is tomorrow (Thursday) by EOD, and hopefully earlier in the day than later.
There are reasons why this patch was a bit different than the normal cycle, but it’s definitely not up to the quality bar we want for TFT. We’re working to quickly get the balance changes back to where want.
Additionally, there was an intentional revert of Champion Targeting from 18.2. Our goal is complete parity in champion targeting between Set 17/18 and there have been bugs that have altered how melee targets are acquired at the start of combat. An attempted fix to other movement bugs caused unintended effects in 18.2. We’ve reverted that change and are investigating a better way to return parity to targeting.
I appreciate everyone’s patience and feedback.
