Current conditions in the market really emphasize the value a buyers-graph, such as what @RealScout offers its agents clients to ability to create, brings to would-be sellers.
The same goes for @Compass' "would sell" network.
The typical rate for a 30-year fixed rate #mortgage held steady today at 3.10% per data from @FreddieMac. We still expect the general trend to be higher, but homebuyers can take advantage of steadiness and occasional dips to lock in a favorable rate.
