Last week at @HolkhamEstate we held the first of our Regional Member Experiences.
Thanks to our speakers, @SteveBarclay @francoscotland & @Farming_Holkham
Tuned in to all things beet this week is AF’s Hannah Carthy. At BeetTech, after Cruiser’s non-approval, ongoing BBRO research was valued. Clearly they’re embracing alternative solutions & new technologies to ensure the future of beet growing.

On my way to Westminster. Folks, let’s make sure we bring our best, and don’t let protestors with other motivations draw out our worst. The media want a story; let’s make sure that story is how this unjust, unfair, unworkable tax will affect hard working families. See you there!
If you see me, come and say hello 🙋♂️…and wrap up warm; it’s going to be chilly! @NFUtweets @CLAtweets @afgroupuk @tenantfarmers

If you are in support of the farmers and the #WeJustWantToFeedYou event in London, and are unable to attend.
Please can you take 5 minutes to sign this petition to government?
Thank you.

Little pause in harvest, not due to rain, but 'cos the grain isn't ripe & that's because we drilled it in late January 🤦♂️
Yields so far on the diseased & weedy fields we have harvested are catastrophic ~half budget 🥺 lowest being 4t/ha <gulp>
Hope sunset's no metaphor

The map shows Groundswell attracts idea-seekers from far and wide and how there's a groundswell of interest in joining #AF, the national #ruralbusiness co-operative.
In two days' non-stop action this week on our @Groundswellaguk stand (if you saw us you'll know what energy we put in) we've crunched the numbers.
We've 280 #rural businesses who want to continue to conversation about how #AF can save them #time & #money.
We’re back at @Groundswellaguk next week and we can’t wait! Come grab an ice cream on our stand (F26) and see the team

In just 2 weeks I’ll be running a seminar at @Groundswellaguk entitled ‘Learn from my Mistakes’ showing pictures of the errors I made in moving to regen farming. If you have any pictures, can you send them to me (and share the lessons learned!) please?
