I’m on the side of criticising Rose for his poor game management & his inability to trust & coach certain players into form like Iraola did. That being said, I do agree he needs time. Picking up wins instead of excuses will be pivotal over the next 5 games or so. #afcb

Iraola took us under an unbeaten run with a far worse injury crisis than this. Work load can’t be an excuse, we’ve literally had 1 European game.

Iraola took over from O’Neil’s side. Rose has taken over from Iraola’s side, with no major outgoings. So that’s not an excuse either.

📸😮‍💨 Is it just me or is this Bournemouth camera angle making the game impossible to watch? Can’t tell who is passing to who or where the space even is. Absolute headache vision It honestly feels like you’re watching a Sunday league match from a touchline step-ladder. The angle is so flat and zoomed-in that you get zero depth perception. You can’t see the off-the-ball runs, player spacing, or tactical shapes, which makes it nearly impossible to figure out what the players are doing

I don’t think we should be making excuses for Rose. He’s inherited a better squad than Iraola. Iraola had a lot of injuries & key players sold & still achieved a lot with it. The consistently late subs is diabolical. Everything else feels like a coaching issue. #afcb

I just don’t subscribe to this narrative that this squad isn’t good enough. It’s literally the same squad as last year but with an upgrade on Senesi & a right back, who we can’t formulate an opinion on. They were perfectly capable of pressing for 90 minutes last year.. #afcb

Perfect first half. Thought Rose tried to manage the game well. Kluivert was scaring me & probably should’ve came off. Rodriguez looked lazy, didn’t graft to help our wingers who were isolated. Overall, an important win against strong opposition. Momentum for Liverpool! #afcb
