After learning about her stances, I will NEVER show disrespect for Oklahoma by casting a vote for Islam-welcoming, abortion-praising, child mutilation-approving, tax-increasing, DEI-promoting, ICE-trashing, SOCIALIST DEMOCRAT Cyndi Munson for Oklahoma Governor! She is BAD for OK!

To the Uknown Juror,
I do not know your name and we have never met. I am writing anyway because what you did in that jury room matters.
You sat through weeks of evidence about Cora, Dawson, and Callan—three children who were strangled in their own home.
You then spent days in deliberations with eleven other people who wanted to walk away without holding their killer criminally responsible. You did not join them. You held the line. That took more courage than most people will ever have to show.
The pressure you faced was obvious from the outside. Nine of the twelve jurors were women. The defense and much of the commentary around the case treated postpartum as an automatic get-out-of-accountability card.
When the split became public, the lawyer for the woman who killed those children went after you personally and tried to have you removed. You still would not vote to acquit. That is not stubbornness. That is a man who looked at three dead children and refused to pretend the law required him to look away.
You were one vote standing between a unanimous finding of “not criminally responsible” and a hung jury. You chose the hung jury. You chose not to cave. In a room that had already decided the outcome, you chose the children over the narrative. That is rare. It is also why I am proud of you.
You are a hero to people who still believe that strangling a five-year-old, a three-year-old, and an eight-month-old baby is a crime that requires an answer, not an excuse. Thank you for standing there when it would have been easier to fold.
Thank you for being a man that defends children.

Discovered the resolution was on the agenda for the Urban and Economical Dev. Committee meeting this morning at 10:30 am. City Councilor Bellis claimed she had pulled it last night or something but it was on the agenda. Said she had an amendment to add and blah, blah, blah.
it is still on the 5pm agenda but will confirm it's pulled as well.

This might have a bit of an edge to it... but if you, as a man, are dating someone who has more empathy for a woman who allegedly killed her three kids than the precious children who had their lives stolen: RUN FOR THE HILLS.

🚨 OKLAHOMA WAS SUPPOSED TO ASK US EVERY 20 YEARS. IT HASN’T SINCE 1970.
There is a requirement in the Oklahoma Constitution most citizens have probably never heard about.
Article XXIV, Section 2 says the question of holding a constitutional convention “shall be submitted to the people at least once in every twenty years.”
That does not mean Oklahoma must hold a convention every 20 years.
It means voters must be asked if they want one.
The last vote was in 1970.
WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
Think of the Oklahoma Constitution as the operating manual for state government.
A constitutional convention allows delegates to consider changes to that document. Voting to hold one does not automatically rewrite the Constitution. Proposed changes would ultimately have to go before Oklahoma voters.
The Constitution simply requires voters to periodically decide whether a convention should occur.
56 YEARS WITHOUT THE VOTE
After the 1970 vote, the question should have been submitted again within 20 years.
It wasn’t.
Then, in 1994, lawmakers asked voters to eliminate the 20-year requirement.
Oklahoma voters said NO.
That’s significant. The requirement wasn’t simply forgotten. Voters were specifically asked whether it should disappear and chose to keep it.
In 2021, the Legislature itself acknowledged in SJR 26 that the constitutional requirement existed, that the last vote occurred in 1970 and that voters rejected removing the requirement in 1994.
Still, no vote.
THE LEGISLATURE TRIED AGAIN IN 2026
This year, House Speaker Kyle Hilbert introduced HJR 1089, with Senate President Pro Tem Lonnie Paxton as Senate author.
The House passed it 72-23.
Then it stalled in the Senate.
Paxton objected partly to the proposed convention structure, which would have used 101 House members and 48 senators as delegates. He also questioned whether an already crowded 2026 ballot was the right time.
Whatever the policy arguments, the constitutional requirement remained.
THEN STITT STEPPED IN
On August 25, Gov. Kevin Stitt issued a proclamation establishing State Question 848, scheduling the convention question for April 6, 2027.
His basic argument:
The Constitution requires the vote. The Legislature hasn’t provided one. Therefore, his constitutional responsibilities allow him to act.
Attorney General Gentner Drummond disagrees.
His office called Stitt’s action “wholly inconsistent with the Oklahoma Constitution,” arguing that a governor cannot unilaterally create a state question. Normally, that requires legislative action or the initiative-petition process.
And that’s where Oklahoma has landed:
The Constitution says voters must be asked.
The Legislature hasn’t done it.
The governor says he’ll do it.
The attorney general says he can’t.
SO WHO ENFORCES THE CONSTITUTION?
That’s the fascinating part.
Article XXIV contains the requirement but provides no obvious penalty for ignoring it.
It doesn’t remove legislators from office.
It doesn’t impose a fine.
And it doesn’t clearly give the governor authority to take over when the Legislature fails to act.
There are also reports circulating that Stitt has already sued Drummond specifically over SQ 848. I have not been able to verify that claim, so I’m not treating it as fact.
You don’t have to support a constitutional convention to see the larger issue.
In 1994, Oklahoma voters were asked whether they wanted to eliminate this requirement.
They said no.
Yet 56 years have passed since voters were last given the choice the Constitution says they “shall” receive.
Now Oklahoma may finally have to answer a question bigger than whether we need a convention:
When the Constitution orders government to do something and government doesn’t do it, who makes government obey its own Constitution?

Colorado School Refuses to Allow Student to Read Her Pro-Life Poem in Class lifenews.com/2026/05/20/colo…

A 13-year-old girl stood up for preborn babies. Her school tried to silence her.
After being assigned to write a slam poem about an issue she cared about, she chose abortion because her own family's story began with an unexpected pregnancy and a courageous choice for Life.
Instead of being allowed to share her poem, she was told she couldn't present it because it was pro-life.
Thanks to @libsoftiktok for helping expose this story.
We gave her the platform her school refused to. Now it's time for the world to hear her powerful message.
Together, we can build a world where abortion is unthinkable.

🇺🇸🇮🇱 Almost a year after Charlie Kirk was shot on a Utah campus, this clip is everywhere again.
He spent years defending Israel, then he sat across from Ben Shapiro and asked the question a lot of people still won’t say out loud: is the media actually telling us the whole truth about Israel?
A simple question by the same guy who used to get cheered for it, and the same guy who started getting called names the second he hesitated.
You can hear the shift happen in real time.

If these are not your values, DON’T vote for Cyndi Munson.

I don’t think Congressional Republicans understand the potential cost coming this November, or else they would have codified everything Trump is doing into law.
Right now, they are losing the messaging war… badly. Instead of talking like real human beings about the real pain Americans are feeling, they're running generic campaign ads straight out of 1985.
Socialists are winning because they are doing what they do best: appealing directly to people's daily struggles, even if their "solutions" will destroy us in the long term. They offer flashy, government-run "relief" while Republicans stand around giving canned speeches. Take a lesson from Hillary Clinton's failed campaign. Politics doesn't win against personality.
You could be entirely right about how we got here and the real problems we face, and still lose. Because nobody is asking, 'Who broke it?'
We KNOW who broke it!
Who's going to fix it?

It is expected that Cyndi Munson will attempt to campaign as a moderate in an effort to win over Republican and independent voters.
Fortunately for Oklahoma voters, Munson spent 10 years in the State Legislature, leaving behind an extensive voting record for the public to view.
