And of course the online order tracking still says it's coming today. We're cancelling the order and buying from a competitor. I know you guys are understaffed and overworked, but this is RIDICULOUSLY inept. Thanks for nothing.
And this is after screwing up the *first* delivery time by promising to deliver between 12 and 4 yesterday when I ordered, then the night before inexplicably shifting the delivery window to 9-12 yesterday, leaving us no time to actually empty the existing fridge.
hey @Lowes, thanks for ruining my and my wife's entire day by promising to deliver a fridge today bet. 9 and 1, only for us to discover - at 3PM, after HOURS on the phone with your customer service - that the fridge was sitting at the store, with no plans to deliver today.
