Announcing our completed integration with NEAR. NEAR is a blockchain building towards chain abstraction, which allows users and developers to engage across multiple ecosystems from one account. Our successful @NEARProtocol integration means our database now tracks over $630 million of the network's stablecoins and tokenized Treasuries. The present-day TVL represents a big jump from the $54 million at the beginning of 2024, making NEAR one of the most notable blockchains as measured by tokenized asset growth.

Announcing the Reserves Data API 🔎 ​ We worked with the leading tokenized treasurys companies this year to bring next-level transparency to RWAs. ​ Tokenized RWAs often look like blackboxes. Each product is an offchain construction of assets, service providers, and legal agreements. In addition to that complexity, there is no common reporting standard for the underlying assets. ​ The new Reserves API enables users to monitor the assets and custodians behind the tokens in an aggregated and standardized format. ​ This is useful for: - Investors who need to perform due diligence on RWAs - Exchanges who need to derisk onboarded RWAs as collateral - Issuers to perform competitive research on the risk profiles of other products

Tomorrow lays the groundwork RWA regulation🏛️ ​ The US Financial Services Committee ( @FinancialCmteUS ), overseeing $20+ trillion in assets, will host their first hearing dedicated to the tokenization of real-world assets. ​ Featuring @TACoalition member @carlosdomingo of @Securitize, the hearing is officially titled "Next Generation Infrastructure: How Tokenization of Real-World Assets Will Facilitate Efficient Markets". ​ In addition to regulations, witnesses will discuss: 1️⃣ Tokenization in Payments and Deposits 2️⃣ Tokenization of Private Securities and Illiquid Markets 3️⃣ Tokenization of Physical Assets ​ The committee's goal is to determine if additional regulations are needed to facilitate development of RWA products and derivative products. ​ This is critical for the 500+ U.S. and international companies building in RWA sector. ​ Ahead of the hearing, the Tokenized Asset Coalition ( @TACoalition ), represented by 23 companies including @Coinbase, @Securitize, @Centrifuge, @OndoFinance and @rwa_xyz submitted a letter to the @FinancialCmte 📨 🏛️ supporting the committee's efforts to host a conversation to modernize our financial system. ​ Here's the official government link for more information: financialservices.house.gov/… ​ And watch the hearing live tomorrow here at 9AM EST: youtube.com/watch?v=LYUMD-kp…
