We are safe in the EU and UK where regulators don't approve on the basis of *potential* value. But congratulations to Biogen, they've pulled off what can only be described as a huge dementia "heist". I think their behaviour has been deplorable, they've had their enablers and won.

we talk about anticipatory grief for families of loved one diagnosed with dementia but more and more I am considering the grief of the person themselves as their world changes I don't think we talk with or about that person enough #losingmygriponmylife
