Let's be honest.
You're a small business owner. Things don't feel the same. And you're running out of f*cking energy.
You've got a couple of choices.
Reach for another coffee. There's plenty behind me. ☕
So when you're choosing a community, pay attention to how it feels. Do you leave conversations feeling lifted? Can you be honest on the flatter days too?
And if you're building your own community, think about the energy you're creating for the people inside it.
Meta glasses, baby 😎
Quick glasses swap with Archie. He’s wearing mine. I’ve got his Meta glasses on.
Only the second time I’ve tried Meta glasses. My first go was with somebody else’s pair.
The camera and visual features are really good.
But the sound? That’s what’s impressed me most.
The speakers are awesome. Crystal clear sound, and you can still hear what’s going on around you.
F*cking brilliant.
I’ll be following these a lot more closely. Probably bribing Archie to tell me more and let me have another go.

Had a glasses swap with Archie today! 😂 He's bought Meta smart glasses and they're a bloody brilliant purchase. Tried them myself and I can definitely see the appeal. Anyone else tried them? #HelpWithDigital

This morning, I took my AI assistant out with me.
With my tools connected, we could actually get sh*t done while I walked:
✅ Checked today’s diary. Spotted a meeting clash.
Less trying to remember everything.
Less feeling tied to the desk.
More fresh air, movement and room to think.
Some walks are just walks. This morning, having the choice helped.
Technology can do your head in. But when it helps me feel less overwhelmed and makes space for life, I’m all ears.
