My account was hacked. I followed your guidelines and gained it back, only to lose it again. I followed your guides and got it back again, and I lost it again. Now you have disabled it, essentially wiping away my entire existence on it, and there's no one to chat with?

Now anything I've ever done on @facebook is gone. I've used Facebook to log into other things, and that's gone. I'd think you would like people to trust your platform that you could have a very robust support staff to take care of your most valuable resources: Your users.

@facebook account recovery is an absolute JOKE. If the hacker changes the email on the account, Facebook wants to send a code to recover the account...the HACKER'S account!!! To make things worse, there is no way to contact a support agent to just take a look and see.
