J'avais raté ça, qu'est-ce qu'elle est bête… Il faut l'égalité des congés parentaux parce que sinon embaucher une femme est plus risqué pour un employeur que d'embaucher un homme. C'est pour ça que le gap salarial explose au 1er enfant. Et elle a été ministre de l'égalité F/H 🤦‍♂️
