Happened to listen again to this Beautiful Dharmavathi raga - composed in 1991 by the 'Bahubali' composer @mmkeeravaani sir for the Azhagan movie. Love the very unique "Pa Ga Ri ..." swaras in the first line - the jump from Pa in Madhyama Sthaai to Ga Ri in the Upper sthaai - never heard this brilliant phrase being deployed . And the sudden twist - Sruthi bedham/ Raga Bedham in the end

One lady I know is always uncontactable around sandhya kaal. She is back home from work around 4 - 4.30pm. Then sleeps until 7 or 8pm. She is facing so many issues - house started leaking, she went thru a difficult divorce, her sons aren't very helpful around the house and she has several health issues....

Maran sir , it’s a deep subject , yogi Adityanath heads the Gorak Mutt , which was founded by the Siddhar Gorakkar , it is connected to the Nath Sampradayam , they connect to the great tantrik mangaluru Manjunatha. Manguluru was Ned after him ( Manjunathapura ). They had a school on the kadri hills which has now been converted to a Hindu temple probably to prevent the tantric practices from getting into wrong hands. Even now gorak mutt has its ashram on kadri hills in mangaluru. How does Super star come into the picture ? Lord Khandoba (a manifestation of Lord Shiva popular across the Deccan plateau) is the Kuladevata (ancestral clan deity) of the Gaekwad family , and if you trace the roots of khandobha / vidhiba worship , it has its connection to Tamil speaking lands , they are basically pastoral deities and the worship carried by the nomads. It then connects to lord Muruga worship. Historian guenther Sontheimer has done lot of research on this , you may read them up. Gorakkar - Manguluru Manjunatha are all of the same Sampradayam . Super star is Shivaji Rao Gaekwad.

Kum. Soumya daughter of our Veda Ghosham student Sri A N Subramanian, from Dharmapuri got so attached with the sprouts which grew around the Navaratri Kalasha of Devi during 9 days of Navaratri that she wasn't ready for visarjana. Also the family travelled 25kms one way to do visarjana of sprouts as per shastras.
Soumya even drew a sketch how bad she felt to put away the sprouts in water. Our Dharma teaches lessons of attachment & detachment right from childhood which makes our mind strong in adulthood.
