It’s the end of an era!
RIP Manchester’s legendary 5th Ave. We will never forget your sticky floors, cheap beer and amazing tunes.
Share your 5th Ave memories (if you can actually remember any) with us

In the late 90’s I saw Mani in 5th Avenue, Manchester. I said ‘it’s Mani innit? He said yeah how you doin. We talked for a bit, I asked if he knew Tim Burgess he said yeah he a great bloke. I went back to join my mates and sometime later he came over for a chat. Superstar.

5th Avenue was the best club in Manchester. So sad it’s now closed. Spent many a weekend in there.

Brings back memories of student nights in 5th Avenue in #manchester. Happy days!

A rake of £1 pints in the Granby & 50p beers across the way as students sat down to James, stuck to the dancefloor. Then a monsoon’s kebab for the walk home with your last £3. The last survivor of the holy trinity has fallen. Rest in peace 5th Avenue, a Manchester institution 🙏🏻

After 5 months we are still waiting for the location fee owed to us for the #5lbsofpressure shoot. We have been given the same excuse about contracts and bridging loans and how @TheRealLukevans allegedly upped his fee because he was more famous now. Just pay what you owe. – at Manchester, England
