Why is parental control software so abysmal? With so many parents out there that need good solutions, I can't believe the market just puts out total crap. It seems every product I try is full of holes or not built to handle how we need to manage screen time and content.
Example: Downtime
Specify a time period to disable internet
Start: _____
End: _____
Great, ok, but what if I need multiple downtime periods a day, say between 3-6PM and during night 10PM-7AM? Sorry, our software doesn’t do that.
Example: I’d like to block YouTube and Minecraft during school hours. Sorry, our software only lets you block sites and apps per device, not on a schedule.

NASA Scientists & Engineers successfully landed a rover & helicopter on planet Mars, where it’s 100 degrees below zero, 120 million miles away.
On that same day it was cold in Texas. Millions of people lost electricity.
Conclusion: Maybe NASA, not politicians, should run Texas.

This is why you never name a Mars rover “Flattery.”

As a science fiction fan, every time I watch @NASAJPL personnel celebrate after landing spacecraft on another planet, tears come to my eyes. But this isn’t science fiction, it’s reality. @NASA and our American space program are so awesome.
