What happened: I mistakenly deposited funds on the wrong network on October 3, 2026 — 4:28:40 PM. I contacted your support team through the app, and they confirmed the funds could be recovered and refunded, minus a 5% fee. I accepted those terms in good faith because I consider them reasonable. On Saturday, October 4th, your customer support told me the transaction would take 24 to 48 hours to be reviewed, after which the remaining balance would be refunded once gas fees were deducted. The problem: It has now been more than 48 hours, and I have received no refund and no update. When I followed up with support today, the responses suggested the transaction had not even been reviewed, and I was simply told to wait. A review of a single transaction should not take this long, and the lack of communication is deeply concerning. The funds are sitting in your system and are recoverable, yet I am left with no clear timeline or explanation. I also made a public post on 3rd Oct asking for your team's assistance, and I noticed that your account has since untagged itself from it. The post was a sincere request for help, not an attack, so I am confused as to why the team has become less responsive rather than more. What I am requesting: 1. Confirmation of the current status of my refund and who is handling it. 2. A firm date and time by which the refund will be processed. 3. A direct point of contact or escalation to a senior support agent. 4. A clear written explanation if there is any reason the refund cannot go ahead as agreed. I cannot let $700 go unresolved when it is accessible and withdrawable on your end.
