We wish all our cadets, their families, and unit friends a beautiful and blessed Good Friday, have a fantastic Easter weekend. ✝️ 🙏🏻
The next few weeks are packed with challenging and rewarding training, including extensive fieldcraft and boat work. ⚓ 🫡 #goodfriday #Cadets
In 1995, a young me walked into the cinema to see #GoldenEye for the very first time
Today 30 years later I’m taking my daughter, who’s exactly the same age I was back then, to see it on the big screen. Time to show her how movies used to be. 🍿🎥🎬

Three years ago today when I received my British Citizen Award. Such a lovely amazing memory. #Britishcitizenaward #BCA #London
Tomorrow is #InternationalWomensDay to all the incredible young women making a difference, May your determination strength, and compassion, inspire us all. Keep breaking barriers, chase your dreams, and remember nothing is out of reach.
It would quite frankly be sacrilege not to have #HenryCavill as the next James Bond.

In 1833, Britain spent £20 million, or 40% of its national budget, to buy freedom for all slaves in the Empire.
The amount of money borrowed for the Slavery Abolition Act was so large that it wasn't paid off until 2015.
Which means that many living British citizens paid to end the slave trade.

Stealth. Courage. Determination. It's what makes a Royal Marine Commando.
For 360 years, Royal Marine Commandos have answered the call operating in the shadows, thriving where others cannot. When duty calls, it's game on.

Genuinely sad to hear about #PaulineQuirk s dementia diagnosis, she is such a great actress and a genuinely lovely person, I was fortunate enough to work with Pauline for a week in 2007, which gave me such happy memories. I wish Pauline and her family all the best 🙏🏻❤️
