⚡️Activist fund #Bluebell has launched a public campaign against 🇩🇪 German group @Bayer, following a same announcement by @InclusiveCapit3 yesterday. Both funds ask for the split #Bayer, while @InclusiveCapit3 also demands for Bayer CEO Werner Baumann to be removed
🤝It’s not be the first time that Bluebell and Elliott work hand in hand, lately at UK pharmaceutical company GSK. Elliott has also built a stake in German health company @Fresenius –both campaigns were both managed until recently by Elliott’ Sébastien de la Rivière: timing much?
Last year, Bruno Monteyne gained momentum with an investor survey pointing out shareholder discontent with #EmmanuelFaber’s months before #Bluebell and Artisan initiated their campaign against #Danone
