This week we have our weekly trike session at Afon Taf High School at 6pm on Monday and on Thursday morning at 10am we’ll do our longest #social ride to Talybont. This is a very challenging ride of around 40 miles. Message us to book a bike.

We had a brilliant afternoon at the Spectrum Hub Olympics at Rhydycar this afternoon. Well done to Lynne and the team for a brilliantly organised event. Great fun was had by all of the trike riders, smiles all around.

Not a good dah for us. Some lowlife scumbag tried to break into our container and steal the community bikes we have worked so hard to get. To us they are priceless but not worth much as stolen bikes. Any advice on the best security for a storage container? 🤬The lock saved us
