🏆 Meet the Winner of ADE’s SDG Solution Lab 2026!
Bih Veredian Fubih emerged as the winner with a practical solution addressing poor waste management and waste burning through improved waste collection and regular community clean-ups. 🌍 – at Centre, Cameroon
She received materials to support her idea, a financial token and a Certificate of Achievement. The initiative will be piloted with support from ADE.

🌍 SDG Solution Lab: Young People Turning Community Challenges into Solutions!
On 25 September, ADE brought together young people from across Yaoundé for a community jog, learning session and solution pitches focused on SDG 11: Sustainable Cities & Communities. – at Centre, Cameroon
Participants identified local challenges and proposed practical solutions, with one winning idea selected for ADE’s support. The day ended with a community clean-up, turning ideas into action.

ADE (Actions for Development and Empowerment) joined the National Strategic Consultation of Non-State Actors, held under the patronage of the Economic and Social Council (CES), in partnership with IOM and the UN Network on Migration. – at Centre, Cameroon
The consultation brought together key stakeholders to advance Cameroon’s National Strategy for Diaspora Engagement and its Action Plan, with discussions on policy, institutional challenges, data collection and migration governance.
