I’m grateful to @tuckercarlson for giving space to a conversation many would rather avoid.
We spoke about my hometown of Beit Sahour, the town of the shepherds in Luke 2, the pressures facing the oldest continuous Christian communities on earth, and why their survival matters far beyond one people or one place.
Our vision as Christians for both Palestinians and Israelis is mutual flourishing, dignity, and peace for all who call the Holy Land home. But as followers of Jesus, we are also called to raise a prophetic voice whenever injustice is inflicted on the innocent, no matter who commits it. That is why I went on the show, and my hope is that this conversation deepens your faith, renews your appreciation for the gospel, and elevates your admiration for Jesus.
And my story is not the only one. There are countless untold stories of tens of thousands of innocent Palestinians, Muslims and Christians, whose suffering may never be heard by the world, though it is fully known to God. I also recognize the real suffering of many Jewish families caught in this endless cycle of violence and loss in our land.
You don’t have to agree with everything to believe these stories deserve to be heard. Honest dialogue is where understanding begins. Thank you again, Tucker, for giving a voice to the living stones of the Holy Land.
May the church lead the way in the coming season by embodying the message first announced in Beit Sahour long ago: Peace on Earth!

If Christ were to walk in this world today, do you know what would happen to Him? He would be placed in a mental institution and given psycho-therapy, just as would His Saints. The world would crucify Him today just as it did 2000 years ago, for the world has not learned a thing, except more devious forms of hypocrisy. And what would happen if, in one of my classes at the university, I would one day tell my students that all the learning of this world is of no importance beside the duty of worshipping God, accepting the God-man who died for our sins, and preparing for the life of the world to come? They would probably laugh at me, and the university officials, if they found out, would fire me-for it is against the law to preach the Truth in our universities. We say that we live in a Christian society, but we do not: we live in a society.

Here’s an uncomfortable truth about the Epstein accusations:
We only find them morally reprehensible because of Christianity.
Before the spread of Christianity, “civilized” Greek and Roman elites openly flaunted underage s*x slaves. This was normal.
Emperor Hadrian built an entire city in honor of his favorite boy.
We’ve heard for decades that Christianity is a barrier to moral progress, but if you undercut the moral foundations of Christianity from the West, culture reverts back to pagan norms.
