It’s #WorldRestartAHeart Day! In Canada, sudden cardiac arrest happens every 9 minutes outside of hospital. That’s 60,000 people each year! #CPR keeps blood flowing to the brain & vital organs, and an #AED can help restart the heart. ⚠️ Quick action is critical!
