you can do so many cool things with HPC. back when i implemented a wait-free mpsc queue in rust. spent a couple of weeks but idea is actually really simple WHY: wait-free means every thread finishes in bounded steps, no starvation / spinning unlike lock-free which can still have huge tail latency. HOW: there's different techniques but one specific one was designed as follows; queue structure ex. linked chunked arr. / ring buf style [][][][] -> [][][][] -> ... producers CAS on atomic index to claim slot, if near queue cap, atomically append new chunk consumer drains, never blocks producers. have signal counter on each slot - so to determine status of slots. ring buf style to reuse slots. useful for predictable memory behaviour. anyways very interesting stuff (despite none of this being used for what i'm doing atm zz)

I could use some support getting there. I'm offering work / consulting focused on product and systems eng, with exp. across game dev, fullstack, mobile, security, crypto, data, AI / devops. Resume attached, would appreciate any intros. Thanks.

i'm deploying my solution to former board member of the monopoly i鈥檓 trying to kill. hates their current software so piloting mine. no NDA. no legal team. just shipping. either i鈥檓 about to secure the wildest contract in the industry or free R&D for the incumbent with. if i stop posting, the ops got me.
