Newly built Kangemi bridge access ramp — and it’s already showing signs of failure.
A wide vertical crack has formed along the barrier, with visible displacement between sections and clear separation at the base. This is NOT superficial cracking. This is structural movement.
For a brand new public infrastructure project, this raises serious concerns about construction quality, supervision, and long-term safety. These are the early warning signs we’ve seen too many times before — ignored until they escalate into full-blown failures, costly repairs, or worse, loss of life.
Kenyans deserve infrastructure that is safe, durable, and built to proper standards — not projects that begin deteriorating almost immediately after completion.
We urgently call on Kenya National Highways Authority to carry out a comprehensive structural assessment, make their findings public, and hold those responsible accountable.
This is exactly why we keep saying: infrastructure before development. Get the basics right first. – at Kabete, Kenya

Ahead of the 2026 F1 season opener, Sir Lewis Hamilton reminded the world why Kenya is a spectacular place to live.
We are delighted to hear Lewis Hamilton name Kenya as his dream home and a place he could genuinely see himself living.
When icons like Lewis speak of finding peace in our sanctuaries and warmth in our communities, they are speaking of a soul-connection.
You don’t just visit Kenya. You remember it. You return to it. You wake up in it.
To Sir Lewis and the world: This is Magical Kenya. The Origin of Wonder. Welcome back 🇰🇪
@LewisHamilton
