Sometimes it’s good to look back on what’s been achieved than to constantly only think about what’s next
Times were tough. I don’t want name anyone specific but I can swear if not for the few 100 OGs in PG that kept us motivated, i don’t know what would have happened.
Lots to improve on of course, especially wrt timeline and clarity, @redactedcoin related info, whitepaper and simplified ecosystem and more
2025 our major targets are the following;
1. Crisp and clear communication
2. Simplifying the ecosystem benefits on our website (no more 1000 words thread for someone to explain our eco)
3. Marketing changes to focus on web 2 consumer base to onboard them to web 3 than keep beating the same grp of web 3 users
We have barely scratched the surface unlike other blue chips.
You haven’t seen a web 2 collab with us yet
You haven’t seen us in maintstream media
You haven’t seen $RDAC being spammed mindlessly
You haven’t seen influencers shill @JirasanOfficial hard
And we are already at this floor and taken some mindshare of CT. What if the above starts unfolding starting this month?
2024 was the Hardest year of my life.
After two years of building in a brutal bear market, there were moments when our funds ran low and we couldn’t help but question if leaving our comfy Web2 jobs for Web3 was the right move.
But despite the trials, a few things kept us going:
1️⃣ A unified team: We’re blessed with a core group of people who share the same values—kindness, empathy, and a “leaders eat last” mentality.
2️⃣ A Community of OG's and absolute legends who’ve stuck with us through every high and low
3️⃣ Persistence and self-belief: We never stopped hustling, convinced that eventually good things would happen
Sure enough, the market shifted, and suddenly doors began to open. We achieved milestones in 2024 that would’ve seemed impossible in 2021:
• Raised $10M in Q2, led by Spartan, Polygon Ventures, Hercules, and Animoca Brands
• Put NFTs back in the spotlight with the Jirasan Launch in August — painting the timeline red
• Hosted the most viral event of 2024 by flying 300 Web3 degens from Dubai to Singapore on Redacted Airways in September
• Scored our biggest PG Capital win with Supra Labs in November
• Launched the Redacted Ecosystem with @biptapofficial, @flashxai, and @swipooor in Q4 with more on the way
Looking ahead, 2025 will undoubtedly bring its own challenges. But I have zero doubts that our incredible team, steadfast community, and supportive backers will help us take @redactedcoin and @JirasanOfficial to new heights.
