this is why if you're interested in donating, I'd recommend direct donation drives like university fund raising or ngo(s), for they make sure the help actually reaches the people who need it as soon as possible.

we assure you that every peso will reach the victims, as my colleagues will personally drive to the north to distribute the donations in affected and often unreached areas. everything will be documented and accounted for transparently, so you’d know your help truly gets to them.

so far, we’ve raised 7k, but we aim to gather more for the reason that the higher we raise, the more families and communities we can reach. if anyone is interested in donating, any amount will truly go a long way. clean water and dry goods are among the greatest needs right now.
