There's no overnight success, mine took 18 years and the hard work continues every single day! No godfathers. No shortcuts. No insiders. Just a lot of hard work and perseverance. Last week, I got an email from @salesforce that we at @vanshivtech have maintained our Summit (earlier called Platinum) tier as a partner for Year 2025-2026! This is the highest Consulting partner tier any @partnerforce can achieve and while Vanshiv is in it's 3rd year,  it’s a testament to an 18-year journey I've had in the Salesforce ecosystem - of grit, growth, and relentless pursuit of excellence in building a world-class Salesforce consulting company - all of that from a tier-2 town of Jaipur in India! To every teammate who stayed the course, to every customer who believed in us, and to every partner who walked alongside us — THANK YOU! This one’s for all of you. The journey continues - let's keep pushing the boundaries of Data, AI and CRM together 🚀 #TeamVanshiv #Salesforce #SalesforcePartner #hardwork #perseverance

AI is EXPENSIVE! AI is NOT FREE! Meanwhile, @salesforce just announced that Agentforce is now available for FREE as part of Developer Orgs! This is walking the talk on LOWERING THE ENTRY BARRIER on AI!👏🏻 Well done Salesforce!🚀 #Salesforce #Agentforce #Ai #Agent #AgenticAI

I celebrated my co-founder's birthday this week- she turned 80! When I started @vanshivtech - my little Salesforce Consulting startup 2 years ago- she funded my seed round with Rs 501 ($7) and millions of blessings! The first picture is from when opened our new office in January - she was beaming with joy and smiles! The last pic is from a few years ago when she shared the stage with me during a corporate event getting the 'Impactful Parents Award' The last 12 months have been very tough for her- fighting multiple illnesses and while she's always had a strong resolve, she sometimes feel things are difficult due to old age. We still have our daily standup at home - I give her a rundown of how things are going and she often takes them from her bed. Still, despite all her challenges, she's our Chief Calm Officer - no matter what happens, she always tells us to be calm, believe in God, do good work and things will be fine. I seek your blessings for her good health in the new year.🙏 P.S. - Not the usual startup/co-founder post but then my journey of doing a startup at 45 and having my 80 year old mother as a co-founder and fellow Director hasn't been usual in any manner. #startup #cofounder #life #mother #birthday
