I was in works meeting on Teams and Ryan made a guest appearance he came in the room looking for his tablet that I'd left in the room on charge, he comes in says who's that says hi to my work colleague and off he goes again, im so lucky to have very understanding employees, its also great because there was a time he wouldn't talk on teams, maybe this is the start of something.

Haircut day!! Haircuts used to take days to achieve half a haircut, just a snip here and a snip there, Ryan hated having his haircut, putting the hairclippers inside a sock dulled the noise a little, these days you can buy quieter ones, having a spare fully recharged also helps, but after a while we progressed to going to the hairdressers, we always go early, the hairdresser is near the cinema and close to a sweet shop those things helped massively in the early days, meant Ryan had somewhere to go he liked immediately after a haircut which he didn't like, these days he asks for a haircut and I suspect thats because he just wants it out the way, but he'll walk in and ask politely that the radio be turned down just like I did in the earlydays, Ryan loves the radio but not that station or channel, the hairdressers stopped being a scary place because it became familiar and thats partly because it was surrounded by all the things Ryan likes, oh and another thing to remember a trip to the hairdressers doesn't have to result in a haircut, those early days we didn't even make it into the shop, and thats ok too, because one day we did.
