🇺🇦 ZELENSKYY'S MESSAGE TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has delivered a direct and deeply serious message to Americans: If the United States officially sides with Russia, Ukraine will not be able to win this war. We will not be able to withstand it.
Zelenskyy expressed hope that Donald Trump would stand with Ukraine or, at the very least, maintain a neutral position rather than support the aggressor.
He also addressed the continuing restrictions on Starlink, stressing that the system's full functionality has still not been restored.
Zelenskyy said he hoped Trump would reconsider his decisions, which he described as mistakes that would benefit neither Ukraine nor the United States.
One of his most alarming statements concerned American intelligence. According to Zelenskyy, only the United States possesses the intelligence capabilities Ukraine needs to detect Russian ballistic missile launches in time. For three days, Ukraine did not receive that information.
These are not abstract diplomatic disagreements. They concern the ability to protect Ukrainian cities, intercept incoming missiles, and save civilian lives.
Ukraine is not asking America to fight its war. Ukraine is asking America not to help Russia win it.
The choice facing Washington is not simply between supporting Ukraine and remaining neutral. It is also about whether the United States will continue standing for the principles of sovereignty, freedom, and resistance to aggression.
Ukraine has been fighting for its survival. It must not be abandoned to the country trying to destroy it.

A horrific Russian strike in the Kharkiv region. A “shahed” struck people directly – in a park near an ordinary café. Pure atrocity. Six people were killed, including children. A little girl was killed in a stroller – her name was Angelina, she was just over a year old, born in August 2025… Her mother’s name was Inna. She died in the hospital… Another girl who was killed was 11 years old. My condolences to their families and loved ones. Another 14 people were injured, including six more children.
I am grateful to everyone who supports Ukraine under these circumstances and helps us shoot down “shaheds,” shoot down missiles, and stop Russian assaults. These are horrific photos, but behind them are shattered lives and the truth about this war. Lives must be protected. Ukraine needs air defense. You can't think about making money with Russia as long as it continues its asinine war. We ask that sanctions on Russia stay in place as long as the killings continue. We ask America to be strong, and we ask it to apply the Lindsey Graham law. We ask Europe to continue its support. We ask that everything possible be done to bring peace and guarantee security. Ukraine wants peace. It is Russia that has insisted on continuing the killing all this time. The world has enough strength to stop the war. That strength must finally be used – against the murderers.

Russia is getting a taste of its own medicine.
St. Petersburg and the surrounding Leningrad region came under the largest Ukrainian drone attack, with hundreds of drones targeting critical infrastructure.
According to russian reports the following objects were hit:
The St. Petersburg Oil Terminal.
The VKontakte data center.
The 330 kV Vostochnaya electrical station.
A major cable-stayed bridge in St. Petersburg.
Parts of the region experienced electricity outages and disruptions to water supplies.
For years, russia has systematically attacked Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, oil facilities, and civilian infrastructure, trying to plunge Ukrainian cities into darkness.
Now, the war is increasingly reaching russia’s own critical infrastructure.
Putin wanted to destroy Ukraine’s economy. Instead, he is destroying russia’s economy.
Russia can stop this war at any moment by leaving Ukrainian territory.

On October 16, 2026, Trump signed an executive order waiving new sanctions on Russia passed by bipartisan majorities in Congress and signed into law just last month.
This decision insults America’s commitment to democracy and our brave men and women in uniform, as Russia helps Iran target American forces.

Latest: Zelenskyy tells reporters over WhatsApp that restrictions on Ukraine's Starlink systems remain. Interceptor drones can't function, logistics and operations hobbled. The maximum speed is 161 kph; "exceeding this limit causes the Starlink connection to cut out completely, resulting in the loss of the drone."
He says Ukraine has done tests to determine whether SpaceX is truly facing technical issues, as has been told Kyiv by the US side, or if this is a "deliberate operation... to restrict us, cut us off, and prevent us from defending ourselves and protecting our people, both at the front and among the civilian population."
He says Ukraine "sent a couple of vehicles equipped with Starlink terminals into European Union territory."
"They moved at speeds exceeding 180kph, and the Starlink systems worked perfectly. We have the relevant logs and evidence to prove this."
He adds: "The conclusion is clear: the restrictions are in effect within Ukraine but do not apply within the European Union. In other words, this is a planned operation."

Panie Bogucki, naprawdę? Nadal okłamuje pan publicznie ludzi ? Chce Pan pouczać innych o przestrzeganiu Konstytucji, jednocześnie przypisując Prezydentowi kompetencję, której Konstytucja mu nie przyznaje? Łamiąc jej zapisy wprost ?
Napisał Pan, że "nikt w Polsce nie może zostać sędzią bez złożenia przysięgi wobec Prezydenta RP".
To wierutna bzdura!
Nie wiem czy to pańskie, wymysły czy pana Nawrockiego.
Proszę więc otworzyć Konstytucję i przeczytać art. 194 ust. 1. Sędziów Trybunału Konstytucyjnego WYBIERA SEJM. Nie Prezydent. Prezydent nie powołuje sędziów TK, nie zatwierdza ich wyboru i nie ma konstytucyjnego prawa decydowania, kto może, a kto nie może zostać wybrany do Trybunału.
Co więcej, Konstytucja nie przewiduje żadnej "przysięgi sędziego TK wobec Prezydenta". Ani jednego słowa. Obowiązek złożenia ŚLUBOWANIA wobec Prezydenta wynika z ustawy, nie z Konstytucji 🤦♂️
I proszę nie zmieniać znaczenia tej czynności. To nie jest żadna "przysięga wobec Prezydenta". Ustawa mówi o ŚLUBOWANIU, którego rota zobowiązuje sędziego do wiernej służby Narodowi i stania na straży Konstytucji. Prezydent ślubowanie TYLKO ODBIERA. Nie staje się przez to źródłem mandatu sędziego 🤦♂️
Trybunał w sprawie K 34/15 wyjaśnił to wyjątkowo jasno- odebranie ślubowania przez Prezydenta nie jest współudziałem w kreowaniu składu TK. Kreowanie tego składu Konstytucja powierzyła Sejmowi. Prezydent ma stworzyć warunki, aby sędzia wybrany przez Sejm mógł rozpocząć wykonywanie powierzonego mu mandatu.
Naprawdę trudno tego nie zauważyć a już napewno zrozumieć.
Sejm WYBIERA sędziego TK.
Prezydent ODBIERA ślubowanie.
Konstytucja nie daje Prezydentowi prawa powoływania ani zatwierdzania sędziów TK.
Samo ślubowanie nie jest konstytucyjnym aktem kreującym wybór dokonany przez Sejm.
Jeżeli już powołuje się Pan na Konstytucję, to proszę jej najpierw nie przepisywać według politycznych potrzeb Kancelarii Prezydenta.
Bo Konstytucja mówi coś zupełnie innego niż to, co próbuje Pan wmówić odbiorcom tych wypocin.
