Every year, before our last performance, we take one final cast picture on stage together. It’s our way of holding onto the laughter, the love, and the little family we built together. This year’s journey has been nothing short of wonderful. ❤️🎭✨

Here's a link to our cast album playlist on Soundcloud. The songs are from our LIVE performances of Absurd Hero at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival recorded at Willow Studio at Riddles Court between August 4th through 9th and there's a fan in the room. 🎭soundcloud.com/aprilalsup/se…
Here's a live video of Absurd Hero, filmed in 4K and edited from different nights and camera angles. It feels like you're in the action, the comedy, and the chaos. This is about as close as it comes to being there.🎭

When I was a younger, theatre troupes would stay up all night just to grab a fresh-right-off-the-press copy of their show’s review in Variety. These days, it's mostly digital but there’s something special about sitting down with a scone, a latte, and a hardcopy of your review. 🎭
We had the honor of performing at the Greenside Venues Gala, kicking off this year’s Edinburgh Fringe Festival and yes, we’re still pinching ourselves. To be in Edinburgh, sharing the stage with artists from all over the world is beyond exciting.

August 1–9 at Greenside @ Riddles Court. Why? As Camus might say: because we must imagine theatregoers as happy. Join us in the struggle.
With only five minutes to load in and out at Fringe, your set design has to be flexible and fast. Once we create a concept that’s both functional and true to the show, we use ChatGPT to mock up the layout in our actual venue.
We open Aug 1st at Fringe.

Here's our outdoor advertising campaign for the Fringe. We have a festival banner outside Deacon Brodie, a quad board on the mound and a double crown outside Greenside HQ. The Out of Hands folks are great! 🎭

Here's a trailer we created at our first rehearsal. It's fun to do this sort of thing. We're now in the production phase of the project and we always ask all the members of our small troupe to join in on the creation process. @edfringe @GreensideVenue @absurdheroshow

Here's what AI thinks our homeless Gods look like in Absurd Hero. Nice job ChatGPT! 🎭

We've been toying around with how to use this star wars toy for Tony (Thanatos) in a funny way. It has a microphone that distorts his voice and makes him sound mean. @absurdheroshow @edfringe @GreensideVenue #edinburgh #musical #newwork

This little theater in Scotland gives me goosebumps. It's so immersive and audiences are so engaged. It's empty now, but it won't be for long! Looking forward to lighting this place up again this Summer. See you soon!
