If you have a minute stop🛑 and take a read!
Super appreciative and humbled that @acaseofthegolf1 was interested and told my story. Did a great job and I'm thankful our paths crossed.
Please feel free to share! Send a msg or drop a 👍 if you'd like to be part of this journey!
When I started @abstrother story I thought it was going to be about him selling insurance agency to play pro golf.
I was wrong.
It’s about him caring for two young men w special needs and the profound effect it’s had on everyone involved.

If you haven’t heard of @WilliCarlisle yet go do yourself a favor and take a listen. @TTChilders is producing his next album and it’s going to be great. You’re welcome!
I’m a sucker for any song that mentions @TpTroubadours but when @CharlesWesleyG writes it too??? Automatic hit.
“Old boots on, storm clouds gone
Radio singing a turnpike song
Coffee black, car seats in the back”
I think we’re all a little “Better That Way”
This @IndianaFootball and @OhioStateFB game is the best red zone defense I have ever seen. Incredible.
A mentor dropped an absolute gem today.
“You know how I am, I make sure everybody eats.”
Great leaders don’t build ladders just for themselves!
Me- “Hey I’m headed to Kroger, can you write me a list”
Wife- “I literally told you 30 seconds ago it’s on the counter and you said OK”
Me-“Ok”
Me at Kroger-“Hey you won’t believe this but”
Wife-“Yea you forgot the list. I already sent you over a picture of it”
🤦♂️
Only considering going to @RailbirdFest to hear @JoshMeloyMusic sing “My last dime”. Can we get a set list???
If you don’t know @heavydutyheart do yourself a favor and go listen now! Then join me at the Burl on June 7th. Can’t wait to be there!

You know if @TpTroubadours are coming to Kentucky I have to go! Just grabbed tickets for their show in Pikeville later this year. Heck of a start to the day.
Great event yesterday and couldn’t have asked for a better time playing alongside my friends Evan and @mtmccrady Felt good to play in a tournament again and bring home some hardware! Here’s to more solid playing in 2025!
🔷2025 GBF Lexington Open
presented by Bank of Lexington
Today was year two of the return of the Lexington Open. The temperatures were much better than last year but the winds were fierce at Kearney Hill Golf Links. Professionals and top Amateurs competed and we only had one round under par.
Congratulations to your Champions! 🚩
▪ Lexington Open Overall and Amateur Champion - Steven Brooks
▪ Professional Champion - Andrew Strother
▪ Senior Amateur Champion - Glenn Irving

Listening to @TpTroubadours taking the kids to daycare this morning.
“The Devil Plies His Trade” came on and my daughter asked if it was an Irish Jig. Then said she wanted to dance.
My morning is going great. Passing Turnpike down to the next generation!
Somehow Evan Felker and @TpTroubadours continue to get better with every listen. This album is great.
My friend asked me what I thought of the new album. To steal a line
“My heart is full enough to spill”
Go listen!
Just listened to the sample that @TpTroubadours has on their Instagram for “Heaving passing through”. Making an early bid for my favorite of this album and I haven’t even heard any of the others. Evan Felker is doing it once again.
Me- “Hey guess what might be happening April 11th?”
Wife- “Any hints”
Me- “What’s one thing that would make me happier than anything else”
Wife- “New @TpTroubadours album?”
Me- “YES! You know me so well.”
Here’s to a fun vacation to @Disney with our little fam. All my gear packed in a little Pink Minnie suitcase.
Think Disney needs a @TrackmanGolf setup?
BJ Barham at The Burl in Lexington is one of the most underrated events I’ll go to this year. Amazing booking for that venue here in Lexington.
Playing in a basketball league tonight. First time playing ball in probably 3 years. Here’s to hoping I’m able to walk to the car after and get to work in the morning.
One goal for 2025 is to play more golf. After playing fairly regularly I played 7-8 rounds last year. Just signed up for my first tournament. Might need an entire team to get me back in shape, looking at you @larrywardgolf @groverjustice @mtmccrady @TrackmanGolf 🟧
