OrthoOS is a one time charge; we’re not here to add more subscriptions to your life. It can be downloaded from the Notion marketplace. With a “.edu” email you can get a free subscription to Notion’s Plus which gives you unlimited storage.

My own personal notes based on the OrthoOS platform are the single most valuable resource I have as I move forward into fellowship and practice.

It’s a powerful setup that allows for an organized approach to orthopaedic training and learning. It encompasses case notes/pearls, concept/lecture notes, journal article repository, and more.

I finally got frustrated and just started building the system I was looking for. With the help of my good friend Garrett, we’ve perfected it and made it into a platform that we can easily share—we’re calling it OrthoOS.

When I was in your shoes, I saw dozens of different approaches to taking notes on cases. I tried many of them, and was disappointed with all of them. Either the notes were clunky, difficult to search, or just such a mountain of slop prevented it from being a helpful resource.
