Meta disabled our ad account (47822879) for "payment risk."
We opened that account on July 17, 2009. 17 years. Zero missed payments.

Quick update on the #CIPA lawsuit mess.
#SB690 passed committee last week. Unanimous vote.
Not law yet, but if it gets signed, the "pen register" lawsuits are dead. That's most of these claims. And it reaches back 2 years, so pending cases would be covered too. If you have one on your desk right now, send this to your lawyer today.
They're trying to get it to take effect the day it's signed instead of waiting until January.
One catch. It doesn't cover the Section 631 wiretapping angle yet, which most demand letters use. So we're not done.
Everyone who sent a support letter...it actually mattered. Keep pushing!!

We’ve been hit with multiple CIPA lawsuits and more demand letters than I can count, all over the same tools every @Shopify store uses.
This has nothing to do with protecting consumers. It’s about shaking down businesses because it’s cheaper to settle than fight.
