BREAKING: A driver in a black Chevy Silverado pickup truck has MOWED down at least 13 people on the youth soccer fields at the Stryker Sports Complex in Wichita, Kansas.
Two are feared dead, five are in critical condition, and six others are injured, according to scanner reports by @wichitafireorg.
Wichita Police: “WPD is investigating a mass casualty incident involving a vehicle. There is no further ongoing threat at this time.
We will provide further updates when we have additional information."

NEW: Families came out to watch their kids play soccer on a Saturday afternoon in Wichita, Kansas. A pickup truck drove right through the game.
Police say the truck jumped onto a youth soccer field at Stryker Sports Complex around 3:25 p.m., hitting multiple people before it finally stopped. A child and an adult were killed, and several others were rushed to the hospital. The driver is in custody, and two juveniles were inside the truck. Police haven’t said yet whether it was deliberate or an accident. Either way, those parents brought their kids to a soccer game and are now living every family’s worst nightmare. Please pray for Wichita tonight.

Saudi officials say they're running low on interceptors, and the Houthis aren't letting up.
They've hit Riyadh's main airport at least 4 times, and Saturday's strike killed at least 12 people and injured hundreds, making it the deadliest attack on the U.S. or its Gulf allies since the Iran war began.
The economy is taking a beating too.

BREAKING: Ukraine says it will attack the ships carrying Russian diesel to the US unless Trump makes a deal with Ukraine, with Zelensky saying "We are influencing whether these ships are moving. We define whether the refineries are working."
Zelensky's terms are protection for Ukraine's energy grid in exchange for leaving Russian diesel infrastructure and the tankers carrying it to the US alone.
"If they can guarantee the protection of our energy grid, we will not respond to their diesel infrastructure. Why doesn't America then conclude a diesel deal with Ukraine? Let's have such a deal with the president of the United States," he says.
The US threatened yesterday to cut off all intelligence sharing and freeze the weapons procurement mechanism for Ukraine unless it halts the strikes.

Booker has been in the Senate since 2013. Murphy is running as a longtime New Jersey conservative who is not trying to climb the national ladder. Republicans have not won a Senate seat in this state since 1972. He is treating the race like it can actually be contested if people show up.

Justin Murphy, the New Jersey GOP senatorial candidate running against incumbent Cory Booker (D-NJ), brought the house down in a debate with Booker when he was asked what he would tell President Trump to do vis-à-vis Iran.
Booker had just finished carping, “He invaded Iran. And now he’s caught in another Middle east quagmire costing us all,” when moderator David Wildstein of the New Jersey Globe asked Murphy, “Let’s say that the president calls you … President Trump calls you and says, I’ll do whatever you want. What do I do in Iran? What’s your answer?”
“Finish it. Finish that war in a positive manner,” Murphy, a U.S. Navy veteran, fired back without a second’s hesitation. “We can’t wait halfway through and decide we don’t want to do this anymore. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps is a radical terrorist organization that has deprived the Iranian people and the Persian people of their history and of a decent life. They have murdered, raped, tortured, assassinated, promoted and promoted terrorism all throughout the world, especially in the region of the Middle East. They are a cancer on human existence.”
“I remember as a young boy … 1979, watching the radical Islamic terrorists storm over the walls of our embassy, and 52 Americans held for 444 days,” he recalled. “And ever since November of 79, the IRGC in Iran has done nothing but export terror, murder, rape, oppression, and assassination to the region and to the world, and it’s time it stops. Booker boasts a jaw-dropping $23 million in cash on hand, according to late-June FEC filings , while his Murphy, held a paltry $123. Add in the fact that the Garden State hasn’t sent a Republican to the U.S. Senate since 1972, and the odds look steep. But Murphy isn’t shying away. “He does have a lot of money,” Murphy has pointed out . “I’d like to know how much of it came from inside New Jersey and how much came from outside.”
Booker, while acknowledging Iran as a state sponsor of terrorism, has argued that no president has the authority to wage war without Capitol Hill. Booker introduced a war powers resolution to force a troop withdrawal, leading a faction dubbed the “Senate Six” to stall floor business until top officials testified. His resolution ultimately tanked in a 47-53 vote after Pennsylvania Democrat John Fetterman broke ranks to help block it.
Taking his attacks even further during a “Meet the Press” appearance in June, Booker blasted both Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. “These are two failed world leaders,” Booker spat, adding, “Between Israel and America, we have two criminal presidents.”

James Talarico’s campaign looks like it lied to Texas voters about him having the flu versus mental health issues. On Sunday independent investigator Rhein Amacher released audio of his call to the Lindner Center of Hope mental health facility in Mason, Ohio, where an employee said Talarico had been discharged from the facility within the previous 24–48 hours.
The campaign told voters he had the flu and was recovering at home in Austin. The center provides inpatient mental health treatment. Talarico had been off the Texas campaign trail for more than a week after a September 28 New York fundraiser, then reappeared at Austin City Limits. His team is still calling the mental health reports a lie and sticking with the flu story. The recording is the first direct claim from someone answering the phone at the facility.
Voters in Texas have a right to know where a Senate candidate spent that time. Early voting starts in days. If the Talarico campaign is still saying he was home with the flu while an employee at the Lindner Center is saying he was just discharged, one of those accounts is not true. Lying about it doesn’t help anyone, including Talarico.
The job of a U.S. senator is high-pressure. Texans deserve a candidate who can handle it and who tells them the truth about his schedule. If this audio is accurate, the flu story was a cover and the public still hasn’t gotten a straight answer from the Talarico campaign.
