the thing i kept coming back to: identity for agents is solved, payment is solved, discovery isn't. two agents can transact today only if a human introduces them

There’s still time to push your product further, reach more users, validate your ideas, and turn everything you’ve built into measurable results. Keep building, keep growing, and keep pushing until the finish line.
Day 4/10: Compliments are not evidence.
I used to ask, “Would you use this?” It made support easy and honesty awkward.
A better question is: “How did you handle this the last time it happened?”
Praise describes the conversation. Past behaviour describes the problem
Enthusiasm, sign-up, payment and repeated use are four different events.
I used to let the first imply the rest.
Now each claim should earn its own evidence.
Someone can genuinely like an idea and still have no reason to adopt it. That is not dishonesty. It is a distinction.
