Bloomberg > During one discussion, an MSCI executive told Danantara that while some disclosures had improved, investors still harbored deep doubts over whether recent market transparency reforms went far enough, the people familiar said. The executive also said investors wondered if bad market actors are sitting on the sidelines — and might resurface once scrutiny subsides, they added.
While MSCI didn’t delve into the specifics of these bad actors, it indicated they were behind activities such as front-running and coordinated trading. The executive said Indonesia’s regulators must have proper tools to surveil the market and a strong means of deterrence, such as fines or debarments for those who flout laws and regulations, according to the people.

For 30 years, technology has moved in one direction: turning information into intuitive interfaces
Somehow, the smartest software we’ve ever built took us back to a textbox
We’ve spent the last 2 years at @openuidev trying to fix that. 6 months ago we open-sourced it: 10K+ GitHub stars, 6M+ downloads
ChatGPT shipped Intelligent UI and showed everyone what it looks like
Today we’re releasing OpenUI 1.0 bringing it to every other agent

The smartest broke people I know all have the same problem
They refuse to sell themselves
They think:
- Self-promotion = cringe
- Marketing = sleazy
- Selling = desperate
So they stay brilliant, humble, and broke.
The market can't pay you if it can't find you

Survival guide for AI job-pocalypse:
- Do interesting things and have unique experiences to be exposed to and capture to unique data, experiences and viewpoints.
- Build friends and connections, raise up everyone around you. Organize & put yourself in environments with cool people you look up to. Mentor those behind you. Build platforms & tools for others to build upon.
- Share your work. Sell. Stand out. Learn to communicate. Embrace weird. Learn to scale this digitally.
- Go outside and build real things. The dream is a white picket fence, backyard, an in home gym, an in home content studio, and robotic manufacturing lab in the garage.
- Invest in assets. Make sure you update your investing plan vs the 60yr old strategy boomers taught you.
- Do everything you can to not be involved in paperwork and low value political rigamarole. Or go 110% to lobby and build the government. Pick one extreme. I don’t think this is worth the effort, better to build outside the system, and look to build better new forms of governance, but the old systems aren’t going away any time soon.
I'd expand the moats left to:
- Proprietary data or content: data nobody else has, or unique content you can create
- Network effects / community: users make it more valuable for each other
- Audience / distribution: you can get attention on demand
- Physical component: hardware, locations, real-world operations
- Capital: owning assets and investing (esp into the AI companies as they are and will suck up large parts of the economy)
- Regulatory: licenses and legal barriers

"In any profession, 90% of people are clueless but work by situational imitation, narrow mimicry & semi-conscious role-playing. Except social "science" and journalism where it is 99% and 100%, respectively." - @nntaleb
Kasarannya, menurut Taleb, 90% orang di kerjaan itu cuma larping: pura-pura ahli, meniru orang lain/atasan, dan main peran biar keliatan kompeten. Di ilmu sosial dan jurnalisme 100% LARP.

Introducing ManimGX, the 3D animation engine for agents.
- Blazingly fast: 90× faster than ManimCE
- Rust + wgpu core
- Compatible with Manim's Python API
- Lightweight: one pip install, no system dependencies
Open source: github.com/academa-labs/mani…
Docs: manimgx.academa.ai
For 40 years we built GUIs for humans. Now we build APIs for agents.
Try it. Paste this into your favorite coding agent:
"Follow manimgx.academa.ai/llms.txt to make me a 3D animation of the solar system, and open it."
🚨 ADIÓS A ELEVENLABS
→ Generar audiolibros y locuciones
→ Transcribir audio a texto

To generalize from the Kasparov & the math debacle: as a rule, all performative skills will be destroyed by AI. A computer will always outperform a human, so chess is no longer a skill.
Same w/mathematical acrobatics.
What's left is what makes us human.
