At @Xflowpay, every employee gets equity. Not just founders or senior leaders. Everyone. But equity only matters if there's a real path to liquidity. So we've already done one employee buyback, and built ESOP terms that are actually employee-friendly. 10-year exercise window. Vested options retained after leaving on good terms. All options vest in the event of death or disability. Building @Xflowpay is a collective effort. The upside should be too.

Most companies don't think about trading hours until it costs them. @remotepeoplecom did. High-volume transfers, tight timelines, and a bank that stopped FX conversions at 3:30 PM IST. 50% FX savings after switching to Xflow. But the flexibility & control over their cross border transactions was the real unlock. More here: xflowpay.com/case-studies/re…

Thanks to @AjinkyaJK and @BSIndia for the conversation, and for covering a shift that I think matters a lot for Indian fintech. The first phase was about solving for India. Helping Indian businesses collect, pay, comply, and settle across borders more seamlessly. The second phase is about globalising the infrastructure itself. business-standard.com/compan…

At @Xflowpay, we already have a Canada licence and GIFT City PSP approval in-principle. More in the pipeline. But a licence is not the same as operationalising it. Every market has its own compliance costs, banking relationships, and competitive reality. The direction is right though. The next generation of Indian fintechs won't just be India-first. Some will become global infrastructure companies. Built from India, for the world.

Pageloop had a payments problem that's very common for early-stage cross-border startups. Not just the cost, though 50% savings is meaningful at any stage. It was the unpredictability. No way to know the final INR amount before initiating a transfer. Vague line items on every statement. Compliance tasks like FIRC that kept pulling the founding team away from building.

The fix wasn't complicated. Transparency on rates before the transfer. Compliance handled end-to-end. A process that just runs. For a startup where founder time is the scarcest resource, that's the real win. Read more: xflowpay.com/case-studies/pa…

The @xflowpay team decided to do something fun. Presenting Xflow Dash, a browser arcade game where you dodge hidden fees, bad FX rates, compliance delays, and SWIFT holds. Collect Xflow Shields and you’re immune. My score: 720. Beat it :) #XflowDash

WhatsApp has 500 million users in India. It already has a payments product. What it hasn't had is a leader who thinks about money movement the way Kunal does. FreeCharge. CRED. Both built around understanding how Indians actually spend and transact. That instinct, applied to WhatsApp's scale, is a very different product story. Exciting to watch. Congrats @kunalb11

Proud of the @Xflowpay team for pulling off a great CFO roundtable with @et_cfo this morning. Grateful to every CFO who gave up their morning for it, much more to come🙌

SRA Law's client base is 70% international. Funds, UHNIs, global audit and law firms. For them, cross-border remittances aren't occasional. They're how the business runs. The problem wasn't just cost. It was unpredictability. Funds held for 17 days without explanation. FX spreads changing mid-cycle. No visibility until after money moved.

70% FX savings after switching to Xflow - it's huge! But the bigger win was 2-3 working days back every month, the time that was going to bank follow-ups. In their own words: xflowpay.com/case-studies/sr…

When the biggest players in payments start acquiring stablecoin infrastructure rather than building it, it means two things: The problem is real and urgent enough to pay a premium for. And building it right is harder than it looks from the outside.

AI companies are becoming a meaningful and fast-growing segment in cross-border payments. Not surprising when you think about it. They're global by default (small teams, distributed contributors, international customers) and they move money across borders constantly.

But here's what I think people underestimate: This category will stress-test cross-border infrastructure in ways traditional exporters never did. Faster payment cycles. Higher frequency. More complex compliance needs as regulations catch up with AI.

The infrastructure that handles it needs to be programmable, compliant, and built for scale from day one. That's exactly the direction we've been building in.

Aviation was once as fragmented as payments are today. Every country had its own rules, every border came with more friction. ICAO fixed aviation in 1944 by creating shared standards without replacing national regulators. Payments need the same moment.

Cross-border money movement is one of those spaces where the more you learn, the more impressed you are that anything works at all. Just the sheer size & complexity of this engine puts you in awe!

Our team spent the day with founders at Surat IT Community. Great conversations about moving money across borders, where it breaks, and how Xflow helps.
