Wanted to gift my QC2 to my kid and unpaired them feom my phone. Would enter pairing mode again. Called @BoseService @Bose to be told that I am out of warranty and they have stopped producing these so my only option was to "upgrade" to the next version at a "discount". No repair.
So basically I lost use of a perfectly fine piece of earbuds, due to most probably a hardware issue on @Bose's side. As a fan pretty sad that this is how my long standing relationship to them ends and how planned obsolescence looks like.

My son's @Microsoft account used for study and gaming got hacked. Password and backup email address changed.
But what surprised me the most was that when I reached out to @MicrosoftHelps for account recovery. I was told to basically pound sand because my backup email was changed
I guess it is the easiest to basically not do anything and they ask you to purchase everything fron scratch that was in your account which works well for their bottom line I guess. And that's exactly why I will advise everyone to stay away from XBOX and Microsoft accounts.

Extremely pathetic service from @ICICIBank @ICICIBank_Care ! Wanted to open an NRE/NRO account. Went to two branches. Made to wait an hour then told that they need to capture my house location. No one came. Now not picking up my calls either !!!
